GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:1. Find a T-shirt that fits you well, and lay it on a flat surface.
2. For the body/chest measurement measure the width of the shirt 1 inch below the armpit.
3. For the length measurement, measure from the top of the shoulder (highest point at neck) to the bottom of the shirt.
Then match up your measurements to the chart above. All measurements are in inches.
