Shipping & Returns

Shirt Crazy LLC. (DBA: Shirt Crazy, Rock N Roll Shirt Shop, and Shirt Crazy Kids (Kids Only World)) does not warehouse (keep in stock) the items available. Items are ordered from the 20 plus manufacturer/suppliers to fill customer orders. Items/sizes are in print according to the respective supplier's listings, Shirt Crazy strives to keep our sites accurate, but out of stocks and discontinued items can/do occur without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is shipped as quickly as possible, shipping times are the combination of the time it takes to receive the item from the supplier and then ship to you. Each item has the normal estimated shipping time listed please allow extra time during peak and holiday periods.

  • Customer order is received and processed and the items required added to the current supplier order.
  • When the supplier order is received it is broken down and individual orders are repacked and shipped normally the same day.
  • Customers are emailed updating status of Shipped, Out Of Stor or Discontinued.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours or if the item has not been ordered from the supplier (supplier orders are normally made each Monday), at no charge.

Once an item has been ordered from a supplier the customer order cannot be canceled until the supplier order is received. Each item received will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. A restocking fee is not applied if an item reports out of stock or when orders are canceled in response to an Out Of Stock/Discontinued shipping email.

OUT OF STOCKS AND DISCONTINUES

Shirt Crazy makes every effort to keep the sites as current as possible, however many suppliers do not inform us when an item goes in/out of stock or is discontinued until we try to order the item and the supplier order is received here. In these cases, orders will be handled as follows :

  • Single Item Orders: The customer will be notified via email and may either cancel the order, utilize the Automatic Reorder, or request a replacement item/size.
  • Multiple Item Orders: The items available will be shipped to the customer (the charge and shipping charge will be corrected for what is sent). Customers are notified via email of the missing items and offered the same options as the single order above.

ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Items (except custom printed) may be returned via prepaid shipping in their original condition for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. The Return Conditions and Procedures below apply to all returns.

  • All merchandise must be unused new condition as it was received.
  • All merchandise must be properly packaged.
  • All returns/exchanges are subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
  • Return shipping charges for exchange shipments will apply.
  • Please include name and address and specific instructions of what you want done.
  • Sale, Clearance and Limited items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be refused.

By returning an item you Authorize the payment of any additional shipping charges and any balance due.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items are examined here before shipping and normally any problems will be taken care of before a customer is shipped an item. If a defective item is received the item may be returned for assessment and replacement of a like item/size within 14 days of receipt. The Return Conditions and Procedures below apply.

  • Damage must be a manufacturer defect, not damage incurred in shipping.
  • All merchandise must be unused new condition as it was received.
  • All merchandise must be properly packaged.
  • The item will be inspected upon receipt and if damage is confirmed:

  • Customer will be reimbursed the return Postage amount (as stamped on package) via check with the replacement item.
  • No shipping charges for the return shipment will apply.
  • A check equal to the cost of shipping the item US Mail will be included for the shipping of the item back to us. (Normally the amount of Postage on the return envelope.)

SHIPPING DAMAGE, NON-DELIVERY OR LOSS

Shirt Crazy DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST BY THE SHIPPING/COURIER COMPANY. All shipping is FOB orgin. The following are the options available from the shipper and will be available to you at the time you place your order.

  • Packages shipped USPS Priority Mail include up to $50.00 of insurance for U.S. shipments as well as tracking. Additional insurance if required can be purchased.
  • Packages shipped First Class mail are only insured and tracked if you purchase those options from the Post Office when checking out.
  • Packages shipped First Class International Mail do not have any tracking or insurance options available.
  • Packages shipped Priority International Mail can normally be tracked and include up to $63.99 by weight. Additional insurance if required can be purchased.
